ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Lavanya, learned counsel appearing for Mr.E.C.Ramesh for respondents 1 and 2

2. The petitioner seeks for the following relief. The petitioner states he is a tenant of the property situate at Door No.32/11, Kamarajar Ist Cross Street, Srinivasa Nagar, Padi, Chennai 600050. He pleads that he had availed loan and had installed Milling Machines for the purposes of grinding materials which are given to him on contract basis. The cause of action for the present Writ Petition is on 12.08.2025, the second respondent sealed the premises. The petitioner pleads despite the fact his materials are inside the premises, no time was 2/5

granted by respondents 1 and 2 to enable him to remove the materials which belong to him. Hence the aforesaid prayer.

When the matter came up for admission, Ms.Lavanya, learned counsel stated that respondents 1 and 2 will permit the petitioner to remove his materials from the premises and once it is done they will reseal the same. Mr.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel pleads that he requires a month's time for the purpose of removing the materials. This Court is not inclined to grant such a long time.

4. Hence there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to de-seal the premises bearing Door No.32/11, Kamarajar Ist Cross Street, Srinivasa Nagar, Padi, Chennai 600 050 on 22.09.2025. The petitioner shall remove the materials by 26.09.2025. On 26.09.2025 the second respondent shall reseal the premises.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no 3/5

order as to costs.
