O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted for directing the 1st respondent to issue Hall Ticket to her enabling her to appear in the Main Examination of the Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service Examination to be held on 04.11.2023 and 05.11.2023.

2. Pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court on 15.02.2024 in W.P.No.31705 of 2023, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has furnished the results of the written examination in a sealed cover. The writ petitioner, R.Sudha is a SC(A) Female candidate. Except Paper IV (Law Paper III), the writ petitioner, R.Sudha has secured lesser marks than the minimum marks prescribed for selection. The minimum marks for SC(A) Female candidate for getting pass marks in each paper is 35%. Since the minimum marks is 35%, the writ petitioner is not eligible for selection. Thus, adjudication on other grounds would not arise at all. The sealed cover submitted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has been returned to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu

Public Service Commission.
