PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents Nos.1 to 3 to grant police protection to the survey and fencing of the subject Lands of the petitioner i.e. Manavari Punjai land comprised in Erranahalli Revenue Village Survey No.83/1B (Old Survey No.83/1) ad-measuring a total extent of 3 Acres in the Erranahalli Revenue Village of Palacode Taluk in Dharmapuri District with the following boundaries : North : Survey No.77, South : Pappinaickenahalli Village Boundary, East : Survey No. 82 and West : remaining Land in Survey No.83/1 and in lieu of the petitioner's representations dated 30.10.2021 and 21.1.2022 within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. ORDER
This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents 1 to 3 to grant police protection.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 6 submits that the complaint of the petitioner was inquired by the third respondent in C.S.R.No.235 of 2022 and it was closed on 07.3.2022.
3. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the above writ petition is dismissed. It is left open to the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil court. No costs.
