ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to evict the person, who is in occupation of the premises, which he has purchased from the occupier, a year ago. It is purely a civil dispute which has to be worked out before the Civil court. Therefore evicting the permissive occupier, through police, cannot be granted.
