C.M.P.No.1737 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.137453 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 13.07.2022 made in A.S.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode, partly reversing the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2018 made in O.S.No.336 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode.

2.Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and therefore, the delay of 61 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the CMA for admission by printing the name of Mr.B.Jawahar as the counsel for the respondents 1 & 2.
