This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20747 of 2023 by order dated 08.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
