This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14861 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
