Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police would submit that Zero FIR was registered at Periyakulam All Women Police Station, Theni District and now the case has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Sethiathope, Cuddalore District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through video conferencing, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with a liberty to file a fresh petition, after registration of the case by the All Women Police Station, Sethiathope, Cuddalore District.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition, after registration of the case by the All Women Police Station, Sethiathope, Cuddalore District.
