ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment of water tank in the park land bearing S.No.40/1A, DDTP 83/2016 Sripuram, Mahadev-1, AT Kittamsurampalaiyam Village Kurumpalaiyam Post, Pollachi North Taluk, Coimbatore District pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 10.03.2022 has not been considered so far by the respondents.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, takes notice for the official respondents and submits that the representation

of the petitioner would be considered by the concerned respondent and orders passed.

4. In view of the said submission, we direct the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
