This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as "to issue Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to pass orders for granting approval of B.Sc., (Nautical Science) course based on the application submitted by the petitioner trust on 14.05.2018, dated 21.03.2018, by considering the future representation submitted by the petitioner college dated 02.11.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Instead of "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Training Circular No.4 of 2012 dated 18.06.2012 issued by 3rd respondent and the subsequent Training Circular No.06 of 2014, dated 16.06.

2014 issued by the 4th respondent and to quash the same in so far as imposing of ban on Pre-sea course - B.Sc., (Nautical Science) course and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders granting approval of B.Sc., (Nautical Science) course based on the application submitted by the petitioner trust to enable conducting the course for the academic year 2017-18 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, to amend the prayer in the above Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
