Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records and quash the proceedings of the 4th Respondent passed on 08.06.2017 as being arbitrary, illegal and malicious and consequently directing respondents to consider petitioners candidature in TNSET examination 2016 under registration No.1401943 as under BCM (Backward Class Muslim) Community and as qualified for appointment as Assistant professor in any of the government Colleges in the State.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records and quash the proceedings of the 4th Respondent passed on 08.06.2017 as being arbitrary, illegal and malicious and consequently directing respondents to consider petitioners candidature in TNSET examination 2016 under registration No.1401943 as under BCM (Backward Class Muslim) Community and as qualified for appointment as Assistant professor in any of the government Colleges in the State.

2. In view of the fact that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
