This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to process the petitioner's application for issuance of manufacturing licenses for 18 additional premises which has been set out in petitioner's letter dated 04.01.2019 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, award costs.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has made the following endorsement to that effect:

"The petitioner requested us to withdraw the writ petition hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition."

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
