ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to with draw the lookout circular issued as against the petitioner.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A19 in Crime No.90 of 2024 registered on the file of the third respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) 120(B) of IPC and Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act, 1959 and the investigation is still pending. Since there is an apprehension that the petitioner will leave India, in order to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2024, the lookout circular has been issued. 3.

Considering the above submissions, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However, the third respondent is

directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2024 and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order before the concerned Court, if not already filed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
