ORDER

The Writ Petition impugns the order passed by the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council. The first respondent has passed an award, which by virtue of the MSME Act, is deemed to be an "award" passed within the meaning of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. An award under the Arbitration Conciliation Act, can be challenged on limited grounds under Section 34.

2. Hence I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to move the jurisdictional Court seeking the available remedies. The Registry is directed to return the original of the order together with the covering letter showing the date of 2/4

receipt of the award after obtaining the usual endorsement from the learned counsel. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
