ORDER

The petition seeking police protection to survey his land alleging that when the Surveyor came for measuring the land, the neighbours did not permit him to survey the land.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the request for police protection emanate from the Surveyor, the respondent police is ready to give protection for measuring the land.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to make fresh application to the Surveyor for measuring the land and for the said purpose if any police protection is required by the Surveyor, the same shall be provided. No costs. Vv 21.11.2023 To
