ORDER
This petition has been filed to directing the respondents to frame and implement appropriate separate rules or bye-Laws or adhoc-rules to come into force for the Welfare of Differently-abled Persons Department, in respect of the Promotion to the post of Assistant Director / Deputy Director / Joint Director and consequently direct the respondents herein to fix the seniority of the petitioner as Deputy Director / Joint Director in accordance with his initial date of appointment.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of these writ petitions, the competent authorities have framed the ADHOC Rules for the post of Joint Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director and other posts in the Directorate of Differently Abled Persons. Since, the Rules are already published, it is for the petitioner to approach the authorities if any grievance exists with reference to the Rules.
