This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to execute the bond, furnish sureties and comply other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19232 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 01.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
