Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the workers of the first respondent, employed in the second respondent factory listed as per the annexure to this Writ Petition are entitled to wages and all other benefits with effect from 01.05.2002 as if the second respondent has been working and direct the first respondent to pay all the dues to the members of the petitioner Union.
