This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9066 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5908 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4632 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
