Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 23.9.2019 within the time fixed as stipulated by this Court for an employment under the respondents 2 and 3.

ORDER
1.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 23.9.2019 within the time fixed as stipulated by this Court for an employment under the respondents 2 and 3.
2.Heard both sides.
3.According to the petitioner, the land to the extent of 41 cents belonging to his grandmother was acquired by the respondents for the purpose of construction of BHEL company. The petitioner is being the legal heir of the land owner, he made a representation to the respondents seeking to provide appointment on various dates such as 30.12.2009 and 30.07.2012 respectively, as per the various Government Orders as well as the order of this Court in WP.No.9614/2019 dated 01.04.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which were pending before the respondents. The petitioner made a representation on 23.09.2019 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking for providing employment under the scheme, however since no action is forthcoming from the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2019 and to pass appropriate orders therein.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, would submit that if any such direction is given by this Court, the same would be complied with and the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2019 would be disposed of in accordance with law.
6.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
