This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 14.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9434 of in Crl.M.P.No.2704 of in Crl.O.P.No.26200 of 2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English Calender Month at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
