No. 47/B.L.A./C2/2019 against the Petitioner son Matheswaran, Male aged 50 years S/o. Arumugam, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the Respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the son of the detenu, viz., Matheswaran, S/o. Arumugam, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings C.M.P. No. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

47/B.L.A./C2/2019 dated 02.11.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the father of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.5273 dated 16.12.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
