The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.10.2024 of the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he wrote the PG Neet examination on 11.08.2024 and the result was declared on 23.08.2024. The petitioner had obtained 47.8524255 with the Neet PG rank of 113071 as per the procedure prescribed the students who have cleared the NEET have to make an application to the selection committee either to the Central Committee or the State Selection Committee. The petitioner is duly eligible to apply under the NRI Quota. While filling up the application, inadvertently, the petitioner missed out to select the option for NRI quota in management quota. On realizing the error committed by the petitioner, he made a representation on 08.10.2024 to the respondents to consider his application under NRI quota instead of the management quota and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 and pass orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that if the petitioner will make a fresh application, the same will be considered by the

first respondent and appropriate orders will be passed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of which, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks thereafter.
