This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the orders passed in M.C.No.1047 of 2022 dated 27.08.2022 by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
