The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 361 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 06.08.2022 made in C.C.No.5129 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
