A.No.5488 of 2024 in C.S. No.691 of 2019 and O.A.No.441 of 2020 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The learned counsel for the defendants has stated no objection for allowing A.No.5488 of 2024. The said application has been filed seeking for amendment.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the plaintiff for seeking the said amendment. Accordingly, A.No.5488 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of the order passed by this Court today.

4. Post the matter after amendment of copy of the plaint in the main suit on 02.12.2024.
