A.No.6725 of 2023 in C.S.No.492 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 536 days in filing the reply/written statement of the plaintiff for the counter claim filed by the defendants 1 and 2 in the above suit.

2. Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Application is ordered, accordingly.

3. The Registry is directed to post this suit before the Additional Master - II for recording evidence on 11.01.2024.

The evidence shall be recorded within one month.
