This petition has been filed to fix an early date for final disposal of C.M.S.A.No.19 of 2022.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides, we are inclined to fix second week of March, 2026, as the date for taking final hearing of the main CMSA in C.M.S.A.No.19 of 2022.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
