ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the land ad-measuring an extent of 22.50 cents out of 110.19 cents of land comprised in S.No.13/253 (part) bearing Plot No.2 Block No.21, situated at Urur Village, earlier Mylapore-Triplicane Taluk, presently Velachery Taluk, Chennai by considering the representation dated 01.10.2019.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.10.2019, after issuance of notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
