(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.W.Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader submits that the writ petition is premature. On 13.02.2022 the application of the seventh respondent was forwarded to the District Collector. The petitioner has raised an objection and the same would be decided.

3. The petitioner has committed haste in filing the writ petition. In light of that, the writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
