ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the second respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police would submit that on the complaint given by one Saravanan against the petitioner's son, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.998 of 2022 and the same was closed by the second respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents. 2/4

5. Since the complaint given against the petitioner's son was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
