O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to incorporate the additional products amend the manufacturing licenses for the already existing 8 additional units by processing the petitioner's application dated 13.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Petitioner has already instructed to withdraw the writ petition by letter dated 14.12.2019. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw."

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
