Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the1st respondent. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to survey and point out the field boundaries of the petitioners property comprised in survey No.335/B7 and 335/B8 at Manjarahalli Village, Pennagaram Circle, Dharmapuri District having an extent of (70 + 116)186 sq.ft by fixing stones, issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner with police aid of the 2nd respondent at the time of survey and setting up the fencing to the petitioners above said property in pursuance of petitioners online application dated 5.4.2025 and the petitioners representation dated 23.7.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the aforesaid property. He submitted online application to the 1st respondent to survey the property on 05.04.2025 followed by representation dated 23.07.2025. However, the same were not not considered by the said respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3/6

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent would consider the petitioner's application and the representation and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.04.2025 along with representation dated 23.07.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 12, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs. 4/6
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
