Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, there is a typographical error in para(2) and para 5(ii) of the order dated 07.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25464 of 2023, wherein instead of Appellate Court, order says Trial Court.

3. In the light of the above submission, the words "Trial Court" in para(2) and para 5(ii) of the order copy shall be replaced as "Appellate Court".

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
