(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike down the Under Section 47 Application in R.E.A.No.22 of 2016 in R.E.P.No.11 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition and prayed for a direction for speedy disposal of R.E.A.No.22 of 2016.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the respondent will co-operate in disposing R.E.A.No.22 of 2016. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and 1st respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is 2/4
dismissed as not pressed. The learned District Munsif Judge, Dharmapuri, is directed to dispose of the said R.E.A.No.22 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
