ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the convict seeks six days ordinary leave.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in fact three days leave has already been granted to the convict. However, the said order has not been given effect to as the escort is not available.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the respondents to extend the three days leave to five days subject to the provision of minimum escort.

4. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
