This Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered as against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.556 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation was completed and final report has been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gobichettipalayam and the same has been taken on file in FR.No.397 of 2023.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that final report has been filed and the same was taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
