ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the de-facto complainant, the respondent-Police sent summons to the petitioner for enquiry in CSR No.538 of 2024. No harassment is made out as against the petitioner. It is the duty of the petitioner to co-operate with the respondent-Police for enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with respondent-Police for completion of enquiry. 2/4

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
