This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27171 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10;30am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the first petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and the second respondent is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
