Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2025 positively and to issue computerized patta in the name of the petitioner for the patta bearing No.934 in respect of the property being a House site measuring about 387 square meter (4166 square feet) comprised in grama Natham Survey No.363/3 Old survey No.184/K (Part) Situate at No.1 Pennalurpettai village Uthukottai Taluk Tiruvallur District and a residential House constructed thereon. 1/4

For Petitioner : Mr.V.Surya Sankar For Respondents : Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Government Advocate Order When the matter was taken up on an earlier occasion, i.e. on 11.09.2025, the learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that the patta would be issued withing a short period of time, and therefore, requested this Court to grant a short accommodation. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 18.09.2025 (i.e. today)

2. Accordingly, the matter is listed today and when the same is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the respondents are in the process of issuing patta in the name of the petitioner, and that within two weeks, patta would be issued.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2/4
