(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent, who are ranked as respondents 7 to 10 in this petition.

2. Notice was ordered in this petition on 15.11.2023 and notices have been served on respondents 8 to 10 on 30.11.2023. Notice sent to the seventh respondent has been returned as deceased. It is seen from the records that the seventh respondent is the wife of the deceased second respondent and her children are already on record as respondents 8, 9 and 10 in this petition. Hence they are declared as the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The respondents 8, 9, and 10 in this petition are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent in the Appeal and are ranked as respondents 8 to 10 in the Appeal. Ms. Chitra Maragatham for M/s.T.R.Rajaraman, has filed vakalat for the newly added parties.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. Post on 04.6.2024.
