C.M.P.Nos.25516, 25517 and 25518 of 2023 in S.A.No.303 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 135 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in respect of the deceased 4th respondent, namely, P.Maragatham in S.A.No.303 of 2023 ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in S.A.No.303 of 2023.

iii. To bring the 10th and 11th respondents on record as legal heirs of the 4th respondent (Deceased) in S.A.No.303 of 2023

2. Mr.E.Sathiyaraj has entered appearance for respondents 6, 8, 10 and 11 and he has no objection to the petitions being ordered, accordingly, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. It is also informed that there are two connected appeals which are yet to be numbered.

4. Post the matter on 31.01.2024.
