This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents todirect the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 24.07.2017 within a time frame.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Heard the learned counsel for the 1st to 3rd respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st to 3rd respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation of the petitioners dated 24.07.2017.

4. In view of the above, I am inclined to dispose the writ petition without expressing any opinion on merits. The 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
