2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the applications submitted by the petitioner dated 02.08.2024 and 03.10.2024, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with Page No.2 of 4
law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
