C.M.P.No.26322 of 2023 in A.S.No.267 of 2011 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Counter has been filed by the first respondent.
2. As against the first defendant, the suit was dismissed. Since the second defendant was died, the suit was exonerated. As against the third defendant, the suit was decreed.
3. Now the appellant-Tamil Nadu Electricity Board has filed the appeal against the exoneration of D1.
4. Now the second respondent/first defendant in the suit has sold the property to the petitioner herein on 20.04.2005 and hence he is a necessary party to the proceedings.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and he is impleaded as a party / 4th respondent in the appeal.
