This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the judgment passed in C.A.No.70 of 2021 dated 09.02.2022 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem confirming the judgment dated 29.09.2021 in C.C.No.503 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
