This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22654 of 2022 on 20.09.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram at 10.30 a.m., everyday without fail until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates regularly.
