ORDER

This matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to inadvertent typographical error, at paragraph No.9 of the order dated 03.09.2025, it has been wrongly mentioned as ".... liberty to the petitioner to file suit challenging order passed by the 6th respondent ......" instead of ".... liberty to the petitioner to file suit challenging order passed by the 1st respondent.........." and hence, the said error has to be rectified.

3. Accordingly, paragraph No.9 of the aforesaid order reads as follows: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

"9. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file suit challenging order passed by the 1st respondent dated 13.08.2025, ............"

4. With regard to the remaining portion of the order, there is no need for any modification.

5. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in terms of the Order and issue a fresh order copy.

6. At this juncture, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the prayer portion, he had wrongly mentioned the details of the subject property as "0.0858.0 sq.ft (9224 sq.ft)" instead of "0.0858.0 sq.mt (9234 sq.ft)" . The said submission is recorded. 22-09-2025 nsa To
