2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Intervenor submitted that the petitioners have not deposited a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 849 of 2022 which the condition imposed by this Court dated 09.01.2023. He further submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Perambalur also failed.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Intervenor, the petitioners have not complied with the order dated 09.01.2023. The respondent police is directed to take necessary action against these petitioners as per the manner known to law.
