O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order of conviction passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, in Crl.A.No.22 of 2018 dated 24.10.2019, reversing the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, made in S.T.C.No.115 of 2011 dated 30.08.2013.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submitted that the Respondent in Transpose Petition had filed this Criminal Revision Case against the judgment of conviction recorded by the Appellate Court, viz., the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

3. The Accused had preferred this Criminal Revision Case before this Court. This Court by order in Crl.M.P.No.16855 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1251 of 2019, dated 14.10.2019, directed the Revision Petitioner (Accused) to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- in S.T.C.No.115 f 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri. On transfer to Fast Track Court, namely, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court 2/4

(Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri. it was renumbered as S.T.C.No.115 of 2011 (S.T.C.No.205 of 2010).

4. In the light of the Transpose Petition having been allowed, the Criminal Revision Case automatically become infructuous.

5. In the light of these developments, the Criminal Revision Case is closed and the amount deposited by the Revision Petitioner/Accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, is directed to be refunded. 24.11.2023 cda To 1.The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.
